Q3 2017 Windsor-Essex County Real Estate Market Statistics The numbers are in for the third quarter (July-September) of 2017 in Windsor-Essex real estate, and they show that this region continues to see growth in the housing market. When compared to the same quarter of 2016, there is a noticeable increase in the average sale price as well as home equity gain, and a small increase in the number of homes sold, number of listings, and percentage of listings that were sold. All of this indicates that the market for real estate in Windsor-Essex is still very favorable to sellers.  It can be seen that Windsor-Essex County remains a seller’s market through a 14% increase in the average sales price compared to the same time last year, with homes selling for an average price of $264,012 compared to $226,980 in Q3 2016.
